I am here to provide you with solutions to your health concerns, that not only help to heal your mind and body, but also fit into your lifestyle. After your initial consultation I will write up a specific treatment plan to suit your needs, which I'll then discuss with you in a dedicated return consultation. It is very important to me that you're health goals are included in your treatment plan, and also that you feel your health plan is achievable and suits your lifestyle needs. In order for you to achieve the results you desire I offer consultations via packages, as I've found that this gives you the time and commitment necessary to really achieve results.

- Be given the space, time and attention needed to discover the root cause of your symptoms
- Have the opportunity to fully explain your health history and current symptoms
- Be truly listened to in a caring environment
- Be thoroughly assessed via questioning and examination of your physical body signs, such as the health of your skin, nails, eyes and tongue
- Further testing will be requested as required on an individual case by case basis.
