Hello fellow food lovers :)
Today's one is simple, has only a few ingredients, and is delicious too! Berry Chia Mousse 2.5 cups of Frozen mixed berries 1 large ripe avocado 2 tablespoons of chia seeds 3 dates 165ml coconut milk or cream Put all ingredients into your processor/vitamix and blend until well combined - 1 to 2 minutes. Pop into some cute cups, top with raw cacao nibs for some crunch, grab a spoon and enjoy! Seriously simple, quick, easy, healthy and totally scrumptious. Yum :) Until we meet again, Ally chick xx
